feat: faster initial map load & fallback tiles & glyphs

Updates to styled-map-package-api@5.0.0-pre, which should significantly speed up initial map load and initial map info, via a faster zip reader implementation and the option of optimized SMP files. It also introduces fallbacks for missing tiles and glyphs: empty tiles, or Noto Sans glyphs.
