kept `etc.` after definition, outside the single quotes, as seen in book added period/text abbreviations where missing to most closely mirror book, I used a sup tag inside a sub tag as that is html compliant, but does stardict support this? removed extraneous 'r' from one word in derivatives list

Some words were missing from entry. Also added in missing period/era abbreviations. Added italic in two spots where it was missing. replaced /n with án. brackets missing, present, or in wrong places in several spots. added period/era abbreviations. some formatting of parantheses and brackets added where missing. corrected some n with dot on top, to n with line on top as in book. removed duplicate word entry, replaced with expanded form given (i.e. not just "-te" as in book) changed n with dot on top to n with line on top, as in book fixed present tense one formatting error
while looking at changes to make for new 'kal' file, oppurtunistically edited this file: added missing period/era abbreviations. added or moved brackets as needed. fix n with dot on top to n with line on top as in book

… to it Seems like all entries in whitney's roots that have the english translation ending in "etc." are missing or have errors. Added info from printed book as is. Edited previous and next links in previous and next entries.

ref pg1 column 1 of MW99, also other instances of (n with dot on top) in printed whitney's book that are anusvaras.
(n with dot on top) is anusvara. ref MW99 page 1 column 2, 2nd definition and its derivatives
'Previous' link had pointed to itself, now pointing at previous entry
add 'kal' rename and reorder 'aNS' to 'aMS', 'aNh' to 'aMh'
next link was pointing to 2nd entry of next entry. also add era/period
