[codex] Improve printer friendly stylesheet

Fixes #2.

Summary

• Replaces the old minimal print rules with a fuller print stylesheet for the article.
• Removes screen-only chrome from printed output, including translations, comments, footer/share UI, and donation UI.
• Keeps figures, images, highlighted callouts, tables, and code blocks inside page bounds when printing.
• Prints external link URLs so paper/PDF copies retain useful references.

Validation

• git diff --check
• Reconstructed the English article markup locally from the PHP source and rendered it with Playwright print media using the updated stylesheet. The print check found 7 side figures and 1 figure, with no figure wider than the viewport; footer and translations were hidden in print mode.
