Tidy headers, fix missing inclues
Remove DMG creation for Mac, moving to app store distribution
Mac build will now just be via XCode with deployment via app store. Update presets to match.
Update with required sizes for MacOS App Store
Update build for MacOS store distribution: - Format version appropriately - App Sandboxing
Run every time to have a store ready binary.
