enrich: Add playable links for 0xCIV and House of Cards

Add demo URLs for two games:

This PR updates demo_url fields on two existing, already-enriched submissions — no new game submissions to screen.

Changes:

• 0xCIV (gj8/0x-civ.md): demo_url set from null → https://r0ze998.github.io/0xciv
• House of Cards (gj8/house-of-cards.md): demo_url corrected from https://house-of-cards.vercel.app → https://house-of-stark.vercel.app/

Both files already contain enrichment-agent frontmatter with full metrics. These are minor URL corrections only — no screening criteria apply.
