tweak(theme): update doom-bluloco themes to match upstream

Updated doom-bluloco themes to match upstream (https://github.com/uloco/bluloco.nvim). The changes are mainly in the modeline, changing the colours of the all evil-mode states except for "replace" and "emacs", and changing the info and warning colours.

Also normalised all the colours to lowercase.

Doom-modeline looks different due to using its latest commit rather than the pinned version used by Doom Emacs.
