Use YetAnotherConfigLib rather than CompleteConfig

Benefits include:

• No first-time crash ([BUG] Crash due to lack of ClothConfigScreenBuilder #106)
• Automatically reloads resources upon applying
• Simplify config system
• Cloth config is stale

Disadvantages include:

• requires the library, you can't load CEM without it.

cloth config is more used, so I think he should not be using something else, its stable and so its just better to use a standard config lib

there also shouldn't a firsr-time crash with complete config, that's a separate issue

Shedaniel doesn't recommend usage of cloth config.
