Allow deployments to tune the maximum SSE heartbeat wait instead of using a hard-coded value. This lets operators reduce idle heartbeat churn or keep connections livelier depending on their infrastructure.
Name the SSE route and generated component routes separately before combining them into urlpatterns. This makes the routing structure easier to extend without changing the final public URL list.
