…P tree Rename build_php_deps.sh and its workflow to build_php_code_for_packages to match the upstream script/workflow name. Assemble EDOT's own PHP tree (bootstrap_elastic.php, Elastic/) into _BUILT/php_code_for_packages the same way upstream assembles prod/php/, so nfpm.yaml pulls packaged files from one build output tree instead of reaching into elastic_prod/php/ directly.
