Shows your laptop battery status in the game, hopefully this will help you save before you run out of power. Changes color based on laptop percent batterypower left, limits configurable in the mod-settings.

There are options for colors based on if the battery is currently charging or is already fully charged. Also an optional autosave when below a defined percent, to the filename "Battery at X%".

If you use this mod on a computer without a battery, it will just show ”No battery” instead.

On most platforms, this mod uses a built in function of Unity (Rimworld's framework). When running on a SteamDeck in SteamOS, Unity's battery functions don't provide accurate information, so the mod now uses information exposed by the Linux kernel via sysfs.

Since modding is just a hobby for me I expect no donations to keep modding. If you still want to show your support you can gift me anything from my Wishlist or buy me a cup of tea.

  • See if the the error persists if you just have this mod and its requirements active.
  • If not, try adding your other mods until it happens again.
  • Post your error-log using HugsLib or the standalone Uploader and command Ctrl+F12
  • For best support, please use the Discord-channel for error-reporting.
  • Do not report errors by making a discussion-thread, I get no notification of that.
  • If you have the solution for a problem, please post it to the GitHub repository.
  • Use RimSort to sort your mods
