initialize_database.py represents skeleton code for creating the basic three tables for an audio-interactive database and populating it from a CSV file. More work would be done once the specific data existed.

story_code.py represents skeleton code for reading RFID tags, retrieving matching audio clips from the database, and making further storytelling choices based on environmental factors
