Made the mistake of copying the files I changed over instead of just editing so the commit looks much larger than it is. Should I just delete this branch and redo it? |

Since the changes are small, I'm just going to recreate the branch so the commit looks proper. |

Implementation of dev/weights-distribution but changed to be compatible with 1.4.0rc. Will delete dev/weights-distribution eventually.
