Added the steps in the README to make easier the setup.
2 steps were missing (I assume it also depends the initial postgres setup) and it needed a bit of research for to find it out how to put it to work.
Added how to:
setup.shscript effortlessly by specifying the PGUSER and PGPASSWORD.message_storerole.
