Added the steps in the README to make easier the setup.
2 steps were missing (I assume it also depends the initial postgres setup) and it needed a bit of research for to find it out how to put it to work.

Added how to:

  • run the setup.sh script effortlessly by specifying the PGUSER and PGPASSWORD.
  • specify the password for the newly created message_store role.

…etup script.

Also add description to the README how to set the password for the newly created message_store user.
