PYTHON_VERSION:3.9→3.12— Poetry 2.x (latest) requires Python 3.10+, causing install failure on 3.9setup-miniconda:v3→v4— v3 runs on Node.js 20 which is deprecated on GitHub Actions runners - forced removal September 16, 2026No changes to package code or published artifacts.
