Added three new docs themes and gated the “Try it live” button to only supported presets. Also added a per-theme “Docs” link.

• New Features
  • Added DarkBold, Hardline, and Concrete with CSS imports and config snippets (@farming-labs/theme/darkbold, @farming-labs/theme/hardline, @farming-labs/theme/concrete). Added Hardline and Concrete to the homepage Themes section.
  • Introduced per-theme previewEnabled; enabled for default, colorful, darksharp, pixel-border, shiny, and darkbold, disabled for greentree, hardline, and concrete. Shows a disabled “Try it live” for unsupported presets and adds a “Docs” link to /docs/themes/${theme.key}.
