ci reshuffle ============ Shared workflows enable us to leverage the stream of automation improvements from go-openapi/ci-workflows and go-openapi/gh-actions. This should limit the number and size of automated updates. README reshuffle ============ Improve badges etc to get more aligned to my other streams of work and keep a common structure. Tasks remaining ahead ============ Release workflows in go-openapi/ci-workflows need additional inputs to work on different orgs than the one they have been initially created for.
