Homebrew 6.0.0+ now refuses to load third-party taps unless they're explicitly trusted, which breaks brew upgrade reeve with a "Refusing to load cask from untrusted tap" error. This adds an Upgrading section to the README explaining the one-time brew trust fredrivett/tap step, linking to the Tap Trust docs so it's clear this is a Homebrew-wide change rather than anything specific to reeve. Fresh installs are unaffected since the install command is already fully-qualified.

Summary by cubic

Add an Upgrading section to the README that documents the one-time brew trust fredrivett/tap step required by Homebrew 6.0+ so brew upgrade reeve works without the “untrusted tap” error. Fresh installs are unchanged.

Written for commit 1f0126c. Summary will update on new commits.
