setup would silently skip skill symlinks when run from outside a skills/ directory, leaving the install broken despite reporting success. Now it creates the symlink automatically and proceeds with the full install. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
