This still depends on #1383 and still needs to be refactor so the typeclass for processors is localized |

initial pass, should be reviewed as an example of using TypedTask[T] from gearpump.
I will have an update where load is using an ATK utility object and several ATK artifacts are added as dependencies to this example.
