Maintenance release. Removes content unrelated to FixedCode and republishes a clean tarball. The 0.2.0 npm tarball itself was clean (engine ships only dist/, bin/, README, LICENSE — no bundles), but the README in 0.2.0 referenced bundles that have since been removed.

  • Repo history rewritten to drop the removed paths and inline references. Force-push between 0.2.0 and 0.2.1.
  • 0.2.0 deprecated; please use 0.2.1+.
