feat(#478 | docs): setup TypeDoc and integrate with Docusaurus

Love it!

Few things to improve:

• please resolved the pnpm lockfile with main
• URL path should not contain the emoji e.g. /docs/api-reference/📚-API-Reference/namespaces/Messages/
• The left sidebar should still be there on e.g. http://localhost:3000/docs/api-reference/%F0%9F%93%9A-API-Reference/namespaces/Messages/type-aliases/KeyBoxWithKeyId
• Add API reference for hypergraph-react. Ideally the sidebar has an api references and then you can choose between the two packages listed as sub-nav points like the Advanced section has one entry
• not sure how easy it is, but maybe the CSS could be changed to make it easier to read e.g. http://localhost:3000/docs/api-reference/variables/ConnectAuthPayload
