Something like this should be fine:
```php
$app = new \Cicada\Application(array('debug' => true));
```
This will be injected into the exception handler so, when in debug mode and an exception is raised, it can be catched and display a nice page with more information.
Exception are catched and if in debug mode, will not call the subscripted handlers but generate a nice page showing the exception instead.

This PR adds a new
debugparameter to the application that will be injected intoExceptionHandler. If in debug mode, exception handlers will not be called, but instead a nice formatted page will be shown:Let me know what you think.
