This commit introduces `mq-node`, a Node.js binding for the `mq` Markdown processing tool.
It leverages the existing `mq-wasm` crate by making its browser-specific OPFS dependency optional.

Key changes:
- `crates/mq-wasm`: Added `opfs` feature (default) and refactored `script.rs` for conditional compilation.
- `packages/mq-node`: Created a new Node.js package using `tsup` for bundling and `vitest` for testing.
- `packages/mq-node/test`: Added unit tests for core function exports and basic API verification.
- `justfile`: Added build targets for `mq-node-wasm` (targeting nodejs) and `mq-node`.
- Added `.gitignore` to `packages/mq-node` to exclude generated WASM artifacts.

Formatted the codebase using `cargo fmt --all` to ensure consistent code style.
Specifically, adjusted `crates/mq-wasm/src/script.rs` to follow workspace formatting rules.
