@kylewelsby kylewelsby is there any reason I can't merge this, it seems harmless enough, but I'm afraid it might be a trap.

Nope. There is no reason why this cant be removed. It got added in commit This file can be gone and ignored. |

Not sure what this empty icon is doing there, in Windows it reads the file name as
Icon\rand my Git program doesn't know what to do with it.
