B4R-MyURLEncodeDecode

This library allows you to UrlEncode and UrlDecode strings in order to use them in URLs. Here is how to use it:

    URL.Encode(sToURLEncode, bEnc)

    Dim bDec(sToURLEncode.Length * 3) As Byte
    URL.Decode(bEnc, bDec)
