This adds `BytesToPassPhraseIter` which implements `Iterator` and related traits. This should make it possible to perform the conversion without allocations. Part of healeycodes#6

This adds
BytesToPassPhraseIterwhich implementsIteratorandrelated traits. This should make it possible to perform the conversion
without allocations.
