Description

Curated weekly HyperFrames digest for the week of July 6-13, 2026, prepended to docs/weekly-updates.mdx. Generated with bun run changelog:weekly and then rewritten to publish quality: clear user-facing copy grouped into Features / Fixes / Docs & Examples, with commit and PR links kept and the draft TODO: review marker removed.

The headline this week is a full Studio revamp. Variables and reusable template sub-compositions landed, the media tools grew (color grading, free HeyGen generation from the CLI), and rendering got faster (drawElement fast-capture on by default, per-CDP-round-trip frame batching) and steadier (font dedup, software-GPU bottom-edge clip, WebM alpha warning, long-encode timeout, Windows symlink fallback, incomplete-frame rejection).

Testing

Docs-only change. Verified locally that git show --stat touches only docs/weekly-updates.mdx, the TODO: review marker is gone, no em-dashes are present, and every commit/PR link resolves to a real PR merged in the 2026-07-06..2026-07-13 window. The untracked updates/social/ and updates/weekly/ generator artifacts were intentionally left uncommitted.
