What does this PR do?
In PR (#12828) we added support for the LongCat-Image model. While running more tests, we noticed a bug in the LongCatImageEditPipeline script that can degrade image quality: the length of prefix_token_len was being computed using an incorrect index. This PR focuses on correcting that calculation.
