Hi @Rocketknight1, I was assigned to work on this model by @jadechoghari and was instructed to open a new PR based on #36895. There are no changes yet, this is just the setup, but I’ll be building on top of that PR shortly.

Hello @sbucaille and @ZaraCook ! I was wondering if you guys were still planning on working on adding RF-DETR to transformers? It would be great to have in the library! Otherwise I'm happy to take over the PRs and add it on my end :)
