- vdr.md: Add architecture diagram, NeoPrism Driver and PRISM Node Driver sections with sequence diagrams, config tables, and examples
- environment-variables.md: Add missing VDR_NEOPRISM_DRIVER_ENABLED, VDR_PRISM_NODE_DRIVER_ENABLED, VDR_DEFAULT_KEY_ID, VDR_MAX_DID_SCAN
- node-backend.md: Expand comparison table with VDR CRUD and metadata API support, note that both backends handle DID and VDR operations
- neoprism/README.md: Add VDR section with operations, REST API, Cloud Agent integration, and direct API usage diagram

Update endpoint from /api/vdr-entries/{entry_hash} to
/api/vdr-data/{entry_hash}/metadata for consistency.
