Unify both formats under a shared standards infrastructure: New family infrastructure (spec/family/): - SCM-FAMILY.adoc: Complete family specification with diagrams - scm-core.abnf: Shared ABNF primitives for all family formats - scm-family.schema.json: Unified JSON Schema for both formats Updated ECOSYSTEM.scm: - Added `family` form declaring SCM family membership - Enhanced STATE.scm relationship with integration patterns - Added cross-reference documentation - New `standards-track` form for coordination status Updated STANDARDS-ROADMAP.adoc: - Renamed to "SCM Format Family Standards Roadmap" - Added Phase 1.5 for family integration (complete) - Coordinated IETF submission strategy - Batch IANA registration plan - Unified implementation approach The two formats now share: - Common S-expression primitives - Unified media type pattern (application/vnd.*+scm) - Cross-referencing capability - Coordinated standardisation timeline
