New styles aren't going to use inline CSS so we'll only load them for legacy styles.
Ignore compiled assets.
Remove the src/dist subfiles. Put it all in assets according to type.
Basic generic styling layers for globals, tools, generic, and base (elements) layers.
* Replace doctype with html * Correct viewport width meta * Remove script enquing and direct script output * Reformat all to WPCS
Ignore old assets/dist and assets/src
These are identical to the WP core widgets.
Requires renaming public method getArras() to get_arras() in theme template files.
Because WP Unit Test Suite is not compatible yet with v7.
No testing in PHP 5.6
