The install.ps1 script only handled x64 architecture, causing ARM64 Windows users to hit "Unsupported architecture: Arm64". Adds the ARM64 target to both the install script and the release build matrix. Fixes #5 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
