Adds .coderabbit.yaml — CodeRabbit replacing Gemini (ceases 2026-07-17) as the umbrella's workhorse reviewer. Requires the CodeRabbit GitHub App installed on the intent-solutions-io org.

Code Review

This pull request adds the .coderabbit.yaml configuration file to integrate CodeRabbit reviews into the repository. The configuration specifies review profiles, path filters, and highly detailed instructions for path-specific reviews (such as schema consistency, cross-artifact drift, and script safety) to align with the repository's style and quality guidelines. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.
