docs: add project context to CLAUDE.md

Add 'What Lore Is' and 'Pre-Release Software' sections to CLAUDE.md so agents pick up project context automatically.

Changes

• What Lore Is: Core value proposition (correctness, scale, efficiency) and how the indexing → storage → MCP serving pipeline works
• Pre-Release Software: Establishes that no backwards-compatible or legacy code should be retained
