Add admin account activity dashboard

Summary

• add an admin-only account activity dashboard and per-user linked account drill-in
• add Planning Center account identity snapshots plus a backfill script for church names
• expose admin sidebar visibility through a server-side feature endpoint

Behavior changes

• admins can view users, active sessions, login frequency, linked Planning Center accounts, and resolved church names
• Planning Center identity snapshot writes are best-effort during account linking so auth is not blocked by snapshot failures
