Add Kirby 64 - The Crystal Shards (U) track titles

I don't know if this works, I don't have Visual Studio setup.

• are the special characters allowed in track names?
• are the hex addresses required or automatic?
• does the number of titles need to match number of tracks? (62 here, but 63 extracted)

It has to be ascii. You can have less names, but shouldn't be more. It goes in order by song as it unwrap. Did you test this branch? Maybe do all regions while here too. You don't need visual studio, just run the binary.

You can't use unicode chars - and have to copy to the N64 midi tool's version too. If you still want this, need to redo/test. They also weren't aligned - seemed like was 1 extra midi at end past names, so may not be quite right.
