test_..., publishes to https://test.pypi.org/project/particleflow.When a release is tagged as
v..., publishes to https://pypi.org/project/particleflow.Something to note is that the use-case for the PyPI package is limited to running the training, inference and validation, as it does not include the Key4HEP gen-sim submodules. I expect that generally people would want to check out the repository to hack on the code.
