Hindi is an LTR language written in Devanagari script. Includes matra (मात्रा) based vowel notation. Translation of en/index.md for /hi/ locale. Since nobody had done the Hindi translation for Hindi-Speaking fellows.

Added Hindi (hi) translation
I also added example that would be relatable so genral consumers as well as enthusiast audience if there's any hindi-guy in the review group,.....pardon my hindi grammars.
Due to the lack of Hindi translation and as a Hindi speaking guy from India who found it concerning I decided to translate the index.md thanks for documentation that helped me pull this off.
