What's in this repo and how to use it?

• Protocol_checklist.pdf: The checklist for modeling teams to facilitate the protocol application and boost the implementation of open science principles.
• Protocol_checklist.tex: The checklist LaTeX source code. To compile it, open the file through a LaTeX platform such as TeXstudio or Overleaf, and click Run. It will generate Protocol_checklist.pdf.
• Survey_infographic.R: The survey analysis figure code. To run it, simply open in R or RStudio and click Run. It will rely on the Survey_responses_answer.csv_ data.
• Survey_responses.xlsx, Survey_responses_answers.csv: The anonymized survey responses analyzed in the manuscript in two different extensions.
• Survey_responses_metadata.txt: The metadata of the previous files.
