Changes to allow this to build&run under ns3 v3.30.1.
Change type of count of devices in
Channel, and useWifiMacHelpernotNqosWifiMacHelper.At the same time, make the
tdmaSlots.txtfile path be an argument, and clean up theREADME.md.
