patch: replace "CloudOS" for "Lifebit Platform" mentions

Overview

• Updated all user-facing references from "CloudOS" to "Lifebit Platform" in README and CLI help messages
• Technical identifiers (command names, package names, URLs) remain unchanged for backward compatibility

Acceptance Criteria

Please add here as many scenarios as in the Story

Normally this acceptance criteria is tested in ADAPT workspace in PROD

Scenario 1 - README.md no longer references "CloudOS" for the platform

• Given the cloudos-cli repository README.md is reviewed
• When searching for occurrences of "CloudOS" used as a platform name
• Then no such references exist
• And all former "CloudOS" platform references have been replaced with "Lifebit Platform"

Scenario 2 - CLI printed messages no longer reference "CloudOS" for the platform

• Given the CLI is executed and produces output messages
• When any message that previously referenced "CloudOS" as a platform name is triggered
• Then the message displays "Lifebit Platform" instead
• And no CLI output contains "CloudOS" as a platform name

Scenario 3 - "cloudos" as a CLI tool name or command is unaffected

• Given the rename only targets platform name references
• When reviewing CLI commands, binary names, and package identifiers
• Then "cloudos" used as the tool/command name remains unchanged
• And only human-readable platform name strings are updated
