Summary

The README's "Native agent tools" bullet listed only 3 tools (memory_write, memory_read, session_recall), but the Athena plugin actually registers 11 tools — including the entire local agent orchestration suite and session_takeover (the headline of PR #30). This updates the README to match actual functionality.

Changes

  • Reframed feature bullets — renamed to "Native memory tools" and added a Local agent orchestration bullet covering spawning/coordinating Claude Code, Codex, opencode, and Hermes plus in-place session takeover.
  • New "Agent Tools" section — table documenting all 11 registered tools, plus a note that /find-sessions opens the cross-agent search dialog in the TUI.
  • New "Permissions" subsection — documents the permissionless-by-default behavior (user rules still take precedence).

Docs only — no code changes. Previously-accurate sections (memory layers/paths, CLI commands, license, build flow) untouched.

…n README

Add an Agent Tools section listing all 11 tools the Athena plugin exposes
(memory, session recall, agent_spawn/list/message/output/wait/stop/takeover,
session_takeover), note the /find-sessions search dialog, and document the
permissionless-by-default behavior. Reframe the feature bullets to cover local
agent orchestration.
