I'm Jesse. I do SRE and engineering leadership and care a lot about reliability, observability, and performance.
I've worked across infrastructure and product engineering: SRE and ops at Runwise (real-time energy for 8,500+ buildings), 37signals (HEY, Basecamp, ONCE, no-cloud), and Realtor.com; performance and CDN work at Cox Media Group; and earlier stints in solutions architecture and front-end team leadership. The through-line is making complex systems understandable and treating reliability and performance as user experience, not just metrics.
