Summary

Adds a short Hosting & publishing forks section to CONTRIBUTING.md.

It welcomes community forks and public web hosting (the AGPL allows it — encouraged!), while asking that:

  1. forks/hosted builds are clearly marked as unofficial — in the spirit of AGPL-3.0 §7(c) (marking modified/republished versions as different from the original), not an extra restriction on the code;
  2. use of the project name, logo, or official artwork to present something as the official version needs maintainer sign-off — a trademark matter, separate from the code license.

Why

Motivated by the glitch.fun deployment in #116: we want to keep welcoming community hosting while having a clear, friendly rule so official vs. community builds don't get confused. None of it limits AGPL rights to the code.

Welcome community forks and public web hosting (AGPL allows it), while
asking that forks be clearly marked as unofficial and that the project
name/logo/branding (a trademark matter, separate from the code license)
require maintainer sign-off before being presented as official.
