Pull Request Overview
This PR rebases the develop branch with the latest master branch, updating the CVE vulnerability list in the README documentation to include additional security vulnerabilities and new library entries.
Key Changes
- Added numerous additional CVE references to libdb-utils entry
- Added three new library entries with their associated CVEs: libcroco, libxml2, and systemd
- Reformatted the libdb-utils entry to improve readability
