Here the notebook where I show that neg neg with the new easy to run pipeline actually gives the same results as in the benchmarking (as a sanity check). Also the results of creating and running your own library and an auto download.
For the final tutorial the last bit (of running neg neg) can probably be best removed or separated into a different tutorial. But I didn't have the time to do this.
