- Fix deploy_hf_space.yml to copy files from the new 'src/' modular layout instead of deleted legacy files. - Add test and lint checks as required gates before HF deployment in deploy_hf_space.yml. - Completely rewrite CONTRIBUTING.md to enforce exact agile SDLC rules from PROJECT_STANDARDS.md (CI gates, branching model, pre-push checklists). - Enabled GitHub Branch Protection on 'main' and 'dev' to prevent direct pushes and require all CI checks (test and lint) to pass before PR merge.
