I think it would be more appropriate if this was in the form of a script and not an ipynb. I'd happily provide more detailed comments, but it's really hard to comment on notebooks. |

The notebook allows for generating stacked bar & error plots for HUMAnN2 output. For stacked bar plots both Matplotlib and Plotly can be used.
