The README Installation section only covered Copilot CLI setup, missing VSCode-specific skill installation instructions.

Changes

Restructured Installation section into two subsections: VS Code and Copilot CLI
Added VS Code subsection documenting:
- Automatic skill installation on extension activation via a toast notification ("GitHub Copilot for Azure can install skills to enhance your experience. Would you like to install Azure skills?")
- The three manual Command Palette commands for managing skills:
  - @azure: Install Azure Skills Globally — installs to ~, available in all workspaces
  - @azure: Install Azure Skills Locally — installs to CWD, workspace-scoped
  - @azure: Uninstall Azure Skills Globally — removes globally installed skills
Existing Copilot CLI steps preserved unchanged under their own subsection

⌨️ Start Copilot coding agent tasks without leaving your editor — available in VS Code, Visual Studio, JetBrains IDEs and Eclipse.
